You, the user, cannot hold the author, Josh Kreis responsible for any
damages that arise in the use of this program. (I don't think it could do
much damage to your BBS, but I've been wrong before.) I have tested this
program many times and had a couple of local sysops test it also. It has not
caused any problems for me or them. This does not mean it will not/cannot
damage your system. In other words, anything that happens as a result of
this program is not my fault, and I cannot be held responsible.

What is One Good Download Enforcer v 1.0?:
==========================================
One Good Download Enforcer v 1.0 is a utility that will force users of a
specified security level to download up to three files, selected by the
sysop. If they decide not to download the files, they will be logged off
your BBS. Once they download the files, you select, they will be upgraded
to a specified security level set in the configuration file.

Configuring and Installing:
===========================
To install One Good Download Enforcer v 1.0, rename OGDE.WCX to LOGON2.WCX
and copy it to your Wildcat! home directory. Copy the OGDE.CFG file to your
Wildcat! home direcory. Edit the configuration file. It should look like
this:
Line 1: Security Level to enter program.
Line 2: Securtiy Level to upgrade to.
Line 3: File to download #1
Line 4: File to download #2 (leave blank for none)
Line 5: File to download #3 (leave blank for none)
Note: The files that you want the user to download must exist in the
directory that the program runs from.
